2. Directly: The direct information we collect is when you make an enquiry, purchase products or purchase a photographic service. This will be your name, address, phone number and details about your event.

  1. Carry out any obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and me

  2. Seek your views or comments on the services we provide.

Photographs and videos are stored indefinitely in our database for future reference, portfolio usage, social media marketing, print marketing. If the client(s) do not want to give Twisty Focus Weddings consent to use their wedding photographs and videos on this website, on social media etc they MUST state so in writing (Emails are acceptable).

For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers.
